When you use the contact form we collect your name, phone number, email address, town or postcode, the service you are interested in and your message. If you phone, text, email or message us on Facebook we will have the details you send us.
We only use your details to reply to your enquiry, give you a quote, arrange and carry out the work, and keep in touch about your regular window cleans. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business. We do not send marketing emails.
Contact form messages are sent by email to John’s email account, which is provided by Yahoo. The website is hosted in the EU by InfaCloud.
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that messages are sent by a real person and not a bot. Turnstile looks at information about your browser and device, including your IP address, to do this. You can read Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Enquiries that do not lead to any work are deleted within 12 months. If you become a customer we keep your name, address and contact details for as long as you use us and for up to 6 years afterwards for tax and accounting reasons.
We never sell your details or share them with anyone for marketing. We only share them where we have to, for example with an accountant or if required by law.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a small cookie needed for the spam check to work. Links to our Facebook page take you to Facebook, which has its own privacy and cookie policy.
